Uh, if what if Ron and Fez were close to being officially back and no one cared?

Kind of like a tree falling in the woods. The past few days on the NY Radio Message Board has featured discussion that old Uncle Mel has finally relented as far as Infinity streaming, and apparently, it's already underway with WFAN, and I've heard promos for it on K-Rock. Unless I"m totally misreading the situation, which is certainly possible. But a poster on the board over there asked if this were to include Ron and Fez on WJFK and it was confirmed to be company wide. But the information is sketchy at best, but this is best rumor we've heard in sometime, at least in terms of having a dependable, reliable Ron and Fez feed to count on. I know the SI feeds have jumped around and while are a tremendous service and a welcome luxury, aren't always on. This could be a big consolation prize. We all know the goal is to get them back on the air(oh the joys of taking a ride on summer's night and listening to Ron and Fez). But this would be obviously the next best thing.

So the question is, is this happening? I'd post links to all the appropriate sites, but my computer is missing it's mouse and I"m unable to make such cut and paste magic happen. But is this going down or what?

There's all this talk about WJFK doing this huge upgrade of their internet capabilities...the commercials all make it sound like it's just for internal use so far, but if what you say is going down, I think it's safe to say the two are probably connected...

I read it to read that Infinity signed a contract with AOL and that the stations would only be broadcast over AOL broadband...

but I could be wrong...

i heard k kok mention something about teaming up with aol , and they ended the promotion world wide wow.. dunno if it has something to do with o and a are not, but i doubt it knowing howard would throw a fit if they were to go to krock

So R&F could be streamed on the internet? Still not the same as being able to ride on the train or in the car and listen, but there is a possiblity that I can live with it. Correct me if I interpreteted this totally wrong

Another Infinity station in Philadelphia, 610 WIP has been running ads about being "powered" by AOL Broadband. Could it be that Infinity stations would be streamed online FINALLY?!? WIP is some really great sports/everything else talk that I absolutely LOVE.

I am going to the studio on Monday, I will talk to Ron, Fez and Cameron about if the show will be picked up and broadcast over the internet. That should stop the speculation and give us a clear idea on whats going on. I will also see if there is any news about going back to NYC.
