Why is it that just a couple of months ago this guy was sitting behind bars for effing a 15 year old and video taping it and now he has a huge hit song? What happened to people boycotting people like this. I mean its not every day a big R&B star gets arrested for Effing an underage girl, and playing water sports with her while video taping it. Everyone was so against him while he was in jail, but now that he is out, his newest CD is doing great.

The CD is poorly named also. I believe it is something like Chocolate Factory. It is bizaar to me how people can hate Michael Jackson for something he "allegedly" did, but love someone who has videotape proof against himself?

What do you guys think about this?

I think his cd is doing so well because with the exception of ignition and ignition remix, he has dropped the fuck songs. All his songs on the album are not about doin the nasty, and so its one of his best albums ever. Plus the video was pretty hot

I agree wholeheartedly. That damn song creeps up on me out of nowhere. Especially when I am at work. All of a sudden I will hear a word or something from the song, and that's it. It's in my head for the whole day

So R.Kelly is forgiven after 6 months for chonically fucking and peeing on teens, but Roman Polanski, one of the greatest directors who ever LIVED (Chinatown, Rosemary's Baby, the Pianist, etc.) can't even enter the country because he committed statutory rape 30 years ago?

I don't know the facts of both cases in detail but didn't Kelly face his prosecution and didn't Polanski flee the country like a little bitch?

Ignition is a lot better than any of those movies btw. I won't thinks it's that great in six weeks but whatever.

not exactly. the judge on polanski's case promised to make sure he got the maximun sentence for his crime. Realizing that he couldn't get a fair trial, he fled. R. Kelly might do 6 months for far more counts, Polanski would've gotten 25 years.

How is releasing his music and and letting people enjoy it forgiving R. Kelly for what he has been charged with? The Pianist is in theaters, and people enjoy it. Does that somehow forgive Roman Polanski for commiting rape?
