Enter Goldberg, Exit Austin?

[RF Godfather]

Since last night on RAW, Austin was "fired" due to newly uncovered information about the extent of his spinal cord injuries and Goldberg premiered to a thunderous pop and ruined Rock's Appreciation Night, where do you marks think this will end up?

Here are a few scenarios that I thought up:

a) This will let Austin rest his weary neck and he will return by WWE Summerslam or WWE Wrestlemania XX in MSG to face Goldberg in the battle that we all have wanted to see.

b) They ran out of guys Austin could face and decided to give him a break from the business.

c) Austin's jumping to WWE Smackdown?

d) To focus all the WWE Backlash heat solely on Rock vs. Goldberg?

e) Austin will find a loop hole in his contract, will be back next Monday on WWE Raw and continue to make Bischoff's life a living hell?

...

What are your thoughts on this latest turn of events?

i think Austin ends up on Smackdown also.

the Goldberg chant is already annoying to me. i was never a big fan of his and it would drive me nuts when they used the taped Goldberg chant to his music in WCW...it was obviously being used last night also and it brought back all those old feelings. i don't like this angle already.

He may jump to Smackdown. But either way, he obviously isn't 100%. He needs another break. Better this way, than having him throw another hissy fit and take his ball and go home.

I choose e.) for the simple fact that WWe loves recycling old angles (just replace Vince with Bisch, and voila, brand new storyline!). This time around, though, I see the dipshit drunkard focusing on psychological ways to fuck with Bischoff, instead of beating the crap out of him week after week.

But, I expect to be proven wrong.
