make a large amount of text go from lowercase to all CAPS or vica versa?

I just finished typing about 3 pages of excel files in Words Like This and it turns out they want it in to WORDS LIKE THIS...thank you for your time

In Excel, use the function UPPER

If you go into the INSERT ---> FUNCTION menu, it will give you the instructions on how to do it

and in Word, go to Format ---> Font

then there is an ALLCAPS option

I think also if you just hold down the "shift" button that too will make letters in caps, but that's harder because you'd have to hold it down the whole time.

Go with the caps lock. trust me.

In word, chose format, change case, and you can change everything from upper case to lower or vice versa, plus change to title caps only.

Steels... to make the O with the two dots over it (oumlaut.. sp?) go to insert.. symbol.. from the dropdown list pick your font.. its there in that list. assumming you are using times new roman (but it's probably the same for most fonts), its in the 7th row somewhere in the middle for lowercase. upper case is in the 6th row somewhere more to the left.
