I work in a corparate setting in the banking induastry
the one group that makes the most trouble at work would have to say are the blacks always saying that everyone is racist to the point that
we have to celabrate a diff black leader or famous in history every month


Now before any one says i am racist let me tell you i am alot of things but racist is not one of them has never been nor ever will be just have an intrest in what it is like in other places of work

I'm in the vast minority at work. My company is owned by Iranians, and a few of the managers and workers are Middle Easterners as well. The majority of warehouse and office workers are Latino - Dominican, Puerto Rican, El Salvadorian, Cuban, etc.

They're all a great bunch of people and somehow we manage to communicate pretty well, despite the fact that many of them speak English about as well as I speak Spanish or Persian.

My clinic is moderately multicultural in makeup. I'd estimate about 60% white, 30% black, 10% "other. However, there is a very strong gender bias in favor of women. In fact there are only 2 male therapists. It's not b/c the place looks for women, it's b/c there are much fewer men than women who go into the therapy professions.
