All i know is a Transexual Hooker Gives a Nun AIDS (they both die), while Old Closted Lesbian Opera singers talk about eating out each other while getting over drug and alcohal abuse, a mother watches her child get run over and die, and in the end everyone dies of AIDS. NO Jokes this is one fuked up movie.

Plot Summary for
Todo sobre mi madre (1999)

A single mother in Madrid sees her only son die on his 17th birthday as he runs to seek an actress's autograph. She goes to Barcelona to find the lad's father, a transvestite named Lola who does not know he has a child. First she finds her friend, Agrado, also a transvestite; through him she meets Rosa, a young nun bound for El Salvador, and by happenstance, becomes the personal assistant of Huma Rojo, the actress her son admired. She helps Huma manage Nina, the co-star and Huma's lover, and she becomes Rosa's caretaker during a dicey pregnancy. With echoes of Lorca, "All About Eve," and "Streetcar Named Desire," the mothers (and fathers and actors) live out grief, love, and friendship.

I forgot about that too. I remember it was the midnight movie after Three Amigos. It was a very surreal experience going from one movie into the other.

El Topo, off the top of my head. I like the avant garde faire, but this is too strange even for me at times. Pretty much any of the Jodorowsky films are just plain whacked out. I've heard the Holy Mountain is even stranger, but I haven't seen that yet.

Suture (1993)

Brothers Vincent (rich) and Clay (poor) meet up for the first time after their father's funeral and remark on how similar they look. But unknown to Clay, who thinks his life is taking a turn for the better, Vince is actually plotting to kill him with a car bomb and pass the corpse off as his own, planning to start a new life elsewhere with his father's inheritance. But Clay survives the blast and has his face, memory and identity restored in hospital... but are they the right ones?

What a waste of film. On very odd movie that I have not seen but would like to just for curiosity sake is EL TOPO. I remember seeing pics of it in Film Comment magazine in the 80s.

Thank you Ron and Fez for finally being live in DC again.
Ok let's get the boys back live in NY. Don't give up the fight.

"Barton Fink" sure ranks up there, since the true weirdness only showed up in the final act, and came out of NOWHERE.

That GG ALLIN was a weird flick. It was like going by a car accident. I had seen him on a few talk shows and he was a piece of work.

A coworker had the video and let me borrow it. What a freaking wacko. When he would shit on stage and throw it at people or had the girl pee in his mouth then puked. NASTY....

Did I turn it off no. I had to watch to the end.

Thank you Ron and Fez for finally being live in DC again.

I loved GG Allin's Hated and really enjoyed when he was flinging the shit at the crowd. Very disturbing though but enjoyable at the same time.

Nek-Romantic ranks up there more so because it scared the shit out of me AND made me sick all at the same time.

Up! was weird because of a man resembling Hitler getting anal from a pilgrim and then couples fucking all over the place. Russ Meyer usually known for his girls with large breasts also made the guys in the movie with enormous prosthetic penises. Funny but weird.

The first EBN video that came out was not really a movie but definitely weird and fucked up at the same time. I was always told to never do acid while viewing.

I saw him in Boston for all of 5 minutes back when I was in college. This guy was the shit, (pun intended), and makes Marilyn Manson look like Hanson

I own Hated on VHS and on DVD. The DVD has 45 minutes of extra footage of his last hours alive, another skat filled concert followed by him running through NYC to escape the police after jumping through a window. Truly fascinating and disturbing.

i'd have to say "mulholland drive" or "pi"

in college i had to watch this fuked up foriegn film called "All About My Mother"i thought all about my mother was a great movie. i really enjoyed it, and didn't find it weird at all. i guess it depends on how you define "weird". obviously the characters were largely out of the ordinary, but the movie itself was not. i found it touching.

the backwards story telling was awesome but definately wierd.one of my favorite movies of all time. it was entirely compelling and ingenious. great, great, great.

Requiem for a dreamthis, too, was a really good movie. very dark. i'm starting to think that i like "weird" movies...

Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer

I thought i was one of the only people on the planet who saw this... I brought it up to alot of people and nobody seemed to have seen it...

it was wierd but scary and realistic at the same time...

just to be sure: it had a few scenes like:

the two men acted as handymen and offered to help a woman fix her air conditioner. While one guy is talking to the woman in the living room the other guy is in the bedroom with the air conditioner but begins to put on the ladies makeup. She looks towards the front door but decides to walk back to the bedroom, she opens the door and theres this guy with her makeup on. They tied her to the bed and one of the guys takes a handful of what looked like facial cream and starts rubbing it on her butt and as he having sex with her the other guy is cutting her throat...

this movie scared me alot....
