When did 102.7 leave the preset stations on your radio?

I remember mine.. I just couldn't take it anymore.. I remember holding down the "4" in my car and watching the oldies station blink 3 times, taking the place of 102.7.. I was in New Brunswick, NJ, driving to a geography class...

Oh how I miss it.

Hell, with the new 102.7 I even miss Tom Lychis....

I put a small piece of electrical tape over the preset that held 102.7. I saw Homer Simpson put one on his engine light when it kept blinking. That preset will always be dead to me.

It took me a week or two, even though I knew the boys were dead, but it was an emotional step I wasn't ready to take. I think it was Valentines Day that I made the move, since my love affair with NY talk was over. I made the move to 90.7 WFUV, and I"ve been actually quite pleased. Definately the best NY FM station for my money. Songs I've heard, rarely, long ago or never, what a concept(as WAXQ cues up "Who are You")

Haven't changed it yet. Maybe just holding out for the slimmest of hopes, but the day is coming soon. Just have to figure out what to replace it with, because everything sucks.

It's still in my preset stations. I have not turned it on since the boys left. And I won't. I just hardly even hear FM radio at all now.

January 28, 2003. I gave the station the chance, hoping against hope that Ron & Fez would be on that terrible Monday. They were'nt,so the next morning I said fuck NEW, and removed all Infinity stations that I had on my radio presets.

It's still set on my car radio. My girlfriend insists that I keep it on. I shed a tear everytime I punch in preset number 6 weekdays 10-2 and 7-11 and my boys are not on.

I changed it to 104.3 when they got Eddie Trunk but then decided to change it when it became Blink 102.7 threw up and then changed it back to 104

About a month after the boys left town, I left my lights on and drained my battery. My presets disappeared, and I didn't bother adding 102.7 when I was resetting them.
