Has there ever been, successful or not, a spinoff of a spinoff?
I know there have been instances when a show has numerous spinoffs
Maude, The Jeffersons, from All In the Family
Now here's parts 2 & 3 of the question.
Did Gloria come from Archie Bunkers Place or from All in the Family and is Archie Bunker's Place really cosidered a spinoff or just a facelift for All In the Family.
Help a nigga out!!!

Gloria was from All In The Family
Three spinoffs include:
The Danny Thomas Show spun off The Andy Griffith Show which then spun off Gomer Pyle U.S.M.C. and Mayberry R.F.D.
The Danny Thomas Show spun off The Mary Tyler Moore Show which also spun off Phyllis, Lou Grant and Rhoda
EDIT:The Mary Tyler Moore Show which spun off Phyllis, Lou Grant and Rhoda
All In The Family spun off The Jeffersons which then spun off Checking In
All In The Family spun off Maude which then spun off Good Times
Also:
Sanford and Son spun off Sanford and The Sanford Arms
Happy Days spun off Joanie Loves Chachi, Laverne & Shirley and Out Of The Blue. Mork & Mindy was also spun off of Happy Days after a one time appearance from Robin Williams as Mork on an episode of Happy Days
That should do it

I think you mean The Dick Van Dyke Show, not Danny Thomas.

You know AJ, I did flub that. The MTM Show didn't spin off anything. There was this little thing called parenthesis that I missed.
My bad.

I forgot about the Good Times from Maude
Thomas, Griffith, Pyle, Mayberry were before my time even for reruns.
Exactly the examples I was looking for

Happy Days was a spinoff of sorts from Love American Style. There was an episode with Richie asking a girl out on a date to watch television. I believe Ron Howard, Marion Ross, and one other were in the short.
Thank you Ron and Fez for finally being live in DC again.
Ok let's get the boys back live in NY. Don't give up the fight.

I thought "Happy Days" was supposed to be the TV version of "American Graffiti".
And speaking of TV shows based on films, was the only "MASH" spinoff "Trapper John, MD"?

That link will show the Love American Style connection.
Mojo there was another Mash spinoff - AfterMash. It had Klinger, father Mcalhey (sp), and I think colonel Potter.

Happy Days was pretty much the same show as Love American Style. It was based on the same family without the older brother Chuck, Would you really consider Happy Days a spinoff or a facelift of Love American Style.
As much as I dislike Frasier, does anyone think that Niles or Roz will get their own show making it a spinoff of a spinoff.
Any other examples or are Good Times and Gomer Pyle the only SPINOFFS of SPINOFFS?

If I remember right, Love American Style was a different cast in a different situation every week, and Happy Days was only one of those episodes.
Any other examples or are Good Times and Gomer Pyle the only SPINOFFS of SPINOFFS?
Facts of Life was a spin off of Different Strokes, and I thought Different Strokes was a spin off, but I can't remember from which show.
