I know what most of you are going to say to this, but hear me out before you tear into him:
A-train is one of my favorite wrestlers right now. He has a very unique look, one that can not be copied, and that the WWE is not utilizing. He's big, but not so big that he's unathletic (if you look at his body type, you'll see that he's in surprisingly good shape, much better than the other big men in the WWE). He's very vocal in the ring, reminiscent of D'lo Brown, but more realistic. He can also talk, I remember him cutting some pretty good promos in T&A.
What I don't understand is why the WWE is cutting down his obvious technical chops. when he first came back, had those matches with rey, eddie, and other technical wrestlers, he was using extremely unique offense. his ring psychology was great, and he was pulling out moves that I had never seen before. I think the peak of it was his match with benoit about 3 weeks before Wrestlemania. After that, its like someone told him "ok, from now on, just wrestle shitty matches." They are trying to turn him into the Big Show when he can be so much more.
I say, demote Show and Rikishi, and make a-train the #1 Big Man on smackdown. Let him use his tech skills, and get him out of Show's shadow.
btw: you can doubt me, but a year ago, I posted a similar thread "what to do with matt hardy" while he was wasting away on Heat. most of You thought I was crazy.
