MTV2 is a joke now. It was a thing of beauty when it was just M2. Then they bought out the much-missed "The Box", and they got lazy. Fuckers. I keep dreading that "120 Minutes" is on the chopping block each week AGAIN...

mtv2 is great for 2 hours on sunday night/monday morning. the rest of the time its just what mtv used to be. vh1 classic does show some great stuff, along with some godawful crap. muchmusic was somewhat decent when they were more canadian, because they latch on to some good bands before we do.

I agree, I love the 800 channels on Direct tv no commercials, I wish they would not make you pay for some channels "New Wave" they previewed it for a while and the played some great stuff. They just added a new channel "adult alternative" I think it is a mix of 80s alternative music.

Geez, I remember that channel. It was awesome. My mothers friend had that channel. I used to watch it whenever I went there. I remember waiting for the premiere of the "Goonies R Good Enough" video by Cyndi Lauper.
