I've got one...
The Whoopi Goldberg classic "Jumpin' Jack Flash" was renamed "The Burglar" for TV.

"Young Guns" is now called "The other good movie Lou Diamond Phillips was in"
Vin D. (the "D" is for "Do it for Johnny!")

According to imdb, those are two different movies.

Well I don't quite agree, but an example would be "Super Snooper" becoming "Super Fuzz", as there are movie posters for each.
And don't forget "Revenge of the Jedi" becoming "Return"
And sadly, the new DVD release of the Indy Jones movies will see the first installment now offically called:
"Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark".
Pure heresey in my book.
