I was watching the Most Extreme Elimination Challenge on TNN this evening and I haven't laughed this much in a long time...

The athletes were Japanese(i believe, didn't have the sound on) and they were getting crushed by boulders, slamming face first into walls and other non-forgiving objects...

They had male and female contestants and they were all really good sports...

Not sure if anyone else was watching but if they replay it i strongly suggest watching it...

noone looked like they got hurt too bad...

That show had me laughing my ass off.

Finally "The Iron Cheif" has been decrownd as the greatest dubed japanesse show.

Oh and TooCute, if it's not Japanese then lay off you know what i mean. :) <~~ooppss I used a smiley

I watched a little last week and it was pretty funny. I think the announcers do bad voice overs for the contestants.

That show was on Fox years ago called King of the Hill. Dick Clark used to play those videos on his bloopers show all the time.

I saw it and loved it. Any show with people getting hurt, falling, and getting beat down is great.

I even turn on AFV every once in a while to see kids falling down stairs and slipping in the snow.

King of the Hill

Sorry to break the news, but King of the Hill is an animated show on Fox. Starring the portly Bobby Hill.

I've never laughed so hard at one show. Sure the voice overs were bad, but that's what made them funny! And the best thing is that these people actually did these things!

what was your favorite folly...

i liked the guy on the big rolling pins who hit his face off the one in front of him and bonked his head on the one behind him before hitting the water...

then the guy who tried to time the boulder but jumped for the opening in the wall too late and took the boulder in the shoulder... what do you think that boulder was made of, you know it wasn't stone but it was hard enough material... whoever got hit with it went down...

I liked the first contest- running through doors- I wasn't sure what I was looking at ar first but I had to turn it off to go our- I'll catch it next week for sure!!

The funniest part were the subtle things they dropped here and there. Like the team of "Meat handlers" and all the jokes they made around this premise.

I liked how one contestant screamed "KILBASA!!!" right before they took a dive.

Actually, maybe they weren't so subtle. When you ask a crowd of people if they like to handle their meat, you're not really beating around the bush.

I like the American names and funny occupations that they make up for the contestants. I also like the post game interviews with Guy LeDouche. Who ever writes this show is very funny.

how about the guy who did a back flip, landed on his face and wound up looking like a folded beach chair... it looked like his family was watching too...
