Excellent Free SigPic + Web hosting

I've had an account on this webhosting site for a while, but I just started uploading my sigpics onto it only a few days ago. The remote hosting is always supported (unlike freeservers, which is what I used to use, which didnt work 25% of the time). Also, for the website makers, they have free PHP and mySQL support (very rare to find free). You have to upload by ftp, which can be a little hard to figure out if your new to it.

I don't know about all that fancy stuff but I use www.imagestation.com and it works great for me.
