Check it out, it's kinda so so. I liked the choice when I first heard about it, but I'm not sure he looks quite badass enough. I mean, The Punisher is one of the meanest motherfuckers on the street and Jane is a little too All-American looking for me. Say what you want about the quality of the film, but you can't deny that Dolph Lundgren certainly had the right look for it.

He was pretty damn good in 61*, but i understand that it is a completely different movies.

I grew up on comics much like a lot of you did and i couldnt be more excited about this new crop of comics movies. But i dont get why everyones first reaction is "this is gonna suck" or "Hes not a good so and so..."

Ultimately, these are probably just test shots, since everything indicates this film is still in pre-pre production. Movies take these sorts of photos all the time to get a rough idea of how to shoot a scene or how the actor might look in the role. I'll bet that as time goes on the costume will be tweeked and improved and the actor's "look" will mold more into what is actually needed...I hope...
