If you're having problems d/l from Produceher (MAC)

Hey all-

I have a Mac and have been unable to download
direct from the web page link to producerher's idsk
page (previously posted on the forum). However if
you
download apples idisk utility found here:

<http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/
macosx/15615>

and enter the name "produceher" you will be
magically transported to his idisk and can download
the files.

I've been researching why I can't download from the
web page link and so far have come up empty
handed. I get a page not found error everytime I
attempt to download from the R&F files. The odd
thing is I can download when running Windows 98 or
95 under Virtual PC but not with any web browser
under OSX. Odd.

i downloaded the idisk utility, but where do i enter
"produceher"?

On my OSX version...click on open public folder, then
just type in produceher, then click open. Easy.

The site hasnt been updated much lately. I still love this guy for putting anything up for us to listen to but the latest file is from like 2 weeks ago. Bummer.
This guy gets nothing out of doing it so its all good.

I would guess he has finished doing his great service.

But there is still a way to get them.

I won't get too specific, but check the radio newsgroups.

You will have to select the files, then combine and decode them.

It will take a small bit of time to learn how to do this. Only an hour or 2. But then you can get what you need and it don't make you a bad person : )

When I saw that the old mp3 download site wasn't been updated, I started to make my own recordings. They're kind of big (74 MB's) since I don't have any mp3 editing tools, but if someone can post them on a websiite somewhere, please e-mail me and I'll try to get them to you.
