I don't think Clooney would do a bad job as Reed Richards. He should lose some wait though.

I don't really fault Clooney with the horrendous Batman and Robin movie. He has said in the past that he feels he ruined the franchise. But an actor can only do so much with a shitty script.

I'm surprised we won't see Marky Mark as the Human Torch since he's in a lot of his movies.

Then why not his gal pal Julia Roberts as Invisible girl. Let's hope not.

Marvel hasn't done a bad job casting it's recent movies, so I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt.

Citing a "very reliable contact" at 20th Century Fox, Superhero Hype claims to have put the kabosh on that rampant rumor (started by Ain't It Cool News) that George Clooney was in talks to portray "Mister Fantastic" in Fantastic Four. Hype says their Fox source called the Clooney rumor "completely false." They report that "it looks like the studio and Marvel Studios' Avi Arad are probably eyeing someone else and Clooney has other plans."
