The other day this girl I've been seeing off and on for the last few months left town to be with her mom who is ill. There's a good chance that she may never come back again, leaving me alone. I've been through these kinds of things before and I'll get over this, but I'd like to pass the time by doing things that'll keep me from thinking about her. I already miss her.
I went out drinking last night with some friends and stayed out all night just going from place to place just trying to forget her. It worked but I know I can't do that too often. I'd rather find a healthier way to take her off my mind.
If you've been in one of these situations what do you do to take your mind off of it?
