This was a comedy pyramid on the show maybe two weeks ago. Proplr gave their Nazi Cola slogans.

But i think that the swastika means something in Eastern Religion. Maybe the white man, but I'm not sure. HK??

Why does it have a pig nose and a hand print on it's crotch? Regardless, everyone now knows what to get me for my birthday.

I believe it's an ancient Buddhist or Hindu symbol in certain countries...I DO know it's not slanted, and may actually "point" in the opposite direction...Hitler was big on ancient religions and the occult, and wanted a symbol that was dynamic yet reflected some kind of ancient history/mysticism. There's a small museum in the British countryside that actually has one of Hitler's journals/sketchbooks and in it there are hundreds of test sketches for ideas as to what the Nazis symbol would have been...

Here are some ancient variations.

<img src=http://perso.wanadoo.fr/archeometrie/images/fd1.jpg>

This is from an ancient Egyptian carving.

<img src=http://perso.wanadoo.fr/archeometrie/images/fd8.jpg>

This is from 3rd Century China.

<img src=http://perso.wanadoo.fr/archeometrie/images/ff9.gif>

This is from Ancient Greece.

<img src=http://perso.wanadoo.fr/archeometrie/images/ff4.gif>

This is from 4th Century Rome.

<img src=http://perso.wanadoo.fr/archeometrie/images/fg1.jpg>

This is from a Pyrenees altar, 1st Century BC.

<img src=http://perso.wanadoo.fr/archeometrie/images/fg0.jpg>

This is from a modern Tibetan religious painting.

<img src=http://perso.wanadoo.fr/archeometrie/images/fj1.jpg>

This is from a drawing on Shiva's temple in India.

<img src=http://perso.wanadoo.fr/archeometrie/images/fj3.jpg>

So it really just seems to a pretty harmless, essentially meaningless religious/artistic design that existed for thousands of years, until Hitler took it for his own and forever corrupted it...

I think that Nazi symbol is there to distract the fact that it is a football-playing, buck-toothed, pig robot with a unibrow and feet bigger than its head.

Excellent research Mojo. To add to it, I always heard they took the symbol from the Egyptians and turned it slightly. At any rate, it's been around for thousands of years, and only when Hitler got it did it become something to fear.
