This post was NOT about me.
It was about a "topic brought up on the air;" the qualification for posting in "General Discussion."
Specifically, someone from the show said "your mom's box" on the air when signing off.
The purpose of my post was to see if any other board members heard it and what their take on it was.
Either attentive listeners or attentive readers of the whole thread would have clearly understood the meaning of my post, especially since some posters clarified what I was referring to and even used the thread as a source for additional conjecture.
As if that wasn't enough, Too Cute, not once, but twice, saved me from being misread, stating, for example, that if I was referring to myself, I would have posted in the Lounge.
In any case, some unknown mod moved my thread to Off Topic. I asked an Admin to move it back here, where it should be.
So if anyone gives a shit: one more time. Someone said "your mom's box" on the air Friday. People heard it. Some people might have read more into it than others. It's a free world. Perhaps it meant nothing. Perhaps the person was referring to maternally acquired corrugated cardboard.
Was it prescient?
