While Karmazin recently recommitted to turning around the radio empire that he built before merging it with Viacom, the paper notes that newly appointed Infinity President/COO Joel Hollander has made it clear he sees it as his job to fix Infinity's dwindling revenue. And while the addition of Hollander has cast a cloud over the future of Infinity CEO John Sykes - whose background is predominantly cable - Karmazin says Sykes will stay with Infinity as long as he's "performing well" but hopes Sykes will be with the company for 10 or more years.

Executives do respond to hand written letters, Especially if they keep pouring in months after a cancelation. Look at that show in the 80's with that big fat woman Delta Burke (Designing Woman). They actually resurected that garbage, and unlike Ron and Fez, it was cancelled due to lousy ratings.

Joel Hollander as President and COO? That's great news. Since he was at WFAN, he knows that revenue at WFAN is tied into the success of their properties as well as other NY teams. Well, the Mets sucks, the Jets suck, the Knicks suck, the Rangers suck, the Liberty suck, the Yankees are on WCBS, the Nets give them the finger, and the Islanders, who also suck (how do you keep your job Mike Milbury) are on that Russian station that nobody can here! Just joking Chuck Wang (Please don't send me a Computer Associates virus. My computer is screwed up enough!).

So Joel, dump one of those evening intern shows and pick up Ron and Fez! So instead of people laughing at your properties, they will be laughing WITH your properties!

I'm sending out some more letters tomorrow and if I have time I'm going to make phone calls as well. C'mon folks...fight to get them back on NY airwaves! The boys are getting lots of publicity and can use all the help and support we can give.

I would like to ask any DC fans to also write on New York's behalf. We're not trying to take Ron & Fez away, just get them back to NY and I think that if all of a sudden, INFINITY got so many letters from DC requesting that their city's show actually also be broadcasted from the city that it came from. If this has already come up on the board, I apologize, but we've got to not only get Ron & Fez back to NY, but let them still be heard in DC because of the support they've shown. Just a thought.

Can't we just go into the INFINITY main office, and go to the bigwigs and just twist their arms behind their backs until they bring the show back to NY? I was a Big Fan of Ron and Fez show I always loved the show now with them In D.C. I can no longer hear them. I 'm sure Everyone in NY would rather listen to WNEW again :Ron and Fez instead of The Blink . A radio station for Grannies , I mean seriously More listeners will tune it to 102.7 if you were to bring back Ron and Fez.

Do it for us the Citizens of NY!!!!
Bring back RON AND FEZ TO NY!!!!!!!
