The husband wrassled around with the would-be robber, getting his prints on the gun in the process. It's a bunch of nonsense and it sounds like he's going to be convicted.

The famous case was in 1993 with Colin Ferguson. The guy that tried to defend himself after killing people on a subway car. He had the balls to question the very people he injured on the stand. It was on the news every night for awhile.

I think you have the wrong case. The one they talked wbout on the radio had to do with a supposed home invasion.

The dad, said he wreslted a masked man to the ground, and got his prints on the gun in the process.

I also think that this is recent because Rory said that the guy was probably going to get a large jail sentence. the case that you have linked ended a while ago.
