I remember a few years back that they "broke new bands" as they were breaking bands who have had a career already. Don't all rock radio stations do that?

I dont get the connection to philly OR y100 with the word fez. I even did a search on their website and got:Sorry, no matches were found for the Y 100 Keyword "fez"...

So why would they name it Feztival? Ponderous.
