Joshua Tree in the Village on Mon. 6/2

I was wandering around Greenwich Village late this afternoon when I noticed that Joshua Tree is playing at a place called GROOVE on West 3rd Street & MacDougal on Monday June 2 @ 9:00 P.M. ($10.00).

I've never seen Joshua Tree before. Maybe we could make an outing out of this. GROOVE is located very near the West 4th Street subway station, so it's easy to get to.

Does this sound like a plan?

They didn't play U2 music at the last Bar 9 gig, but Joe's band totally rocked. Thanks for the info, I'll see if I can go to this.

Hey Guys, Bar9 won't be on June 3rd, it'll resume on the 17th.

However, Joshua Tree will be at Club Groove @ 125 MacDougal (X -street West 3rd) on Monday June 2nd.


I just saw this post by Brother Joe. Since there is no Bar 9 on 6/3, Club Groove on 6/2 seems logical.

It would be interesting to hear some of that crazy rock and roll music that all the teenagers are talking about.
