Movie question

On my way out the other day I caught a glimpse of this movie....I've seen it a couple of times but I can't recall the name...and I'll like to rent it today....

Chevy Chase stars in it... he gets stranded at this hotel or something and there's this judge with a nose like a penis... John Candy plays the judge's daughter (as well as the sheriff) and there's this really nasty scene of them eating sausages or something....

DOES ANYONE KNOW THE NAME OF THIS MOVIE???

I tend to agree with this statement but I have to give him credit for The Blues Brothers (I), Ghostbusters (I), Trading Places and Driving Miss Daisy.
