I listened for a bit during the 8 oclock hour, and Billy was swearing that he hadnt gone back to drinking. He was even complaining that Rory called in sick today and no one immediately assumed that he was drunk or hungover after a 3 day weekend. But if he did it, theyd be all over him. I went back to my schoolwork b4 he finally admitted what he had done. Poor billy. He's so silly. Like a shot glass when the bottle's tipping.

this could have been a topic posted already, but i have to ask. is billy's relapse caused by a disease or a lack of self control? the boys discussed his a while back, referring to the john stossel report http://abcnews.go.com/sections/us/Living/stossel_addiction030421.html.

stossel's a douche, but it's an interesting debate. and 100 comics have said it, but alcoholism is a great disease to get.

It is hard to stay sober day by day regardless...but it is evn harder to stay sober in the public eye when u have every1 judging every move u make. Lets give him the benefit of the doubt. I only got to listen to a few minutes of the show last night (6/9/03). It seemed R&F are making the formal move to WJFK. Billy wasn't with them. Is this a permanent change? Will Billy move with the show to DC? Or is this the end of Staples radio gold as we know him?
