The NY Times page 5 1st section has an article that reminds me of why America is great. A study group at Beijing University was arrested and sentenced to 8 years in prison for nothing more than meeting and discussing ideas. OMFG what a terrible country China is, and I have been there. It is nothing if not scary. The China State Security Bureau- reminds me of the Iraqi Secret Police- a bunch of thugs who keep the head thugs in power. China is nothing but the PRC army generals raping the country and getting rich off the backs of the people. Can you say revolution, I would love to see it.

Shit, homey, I know that I'm lucky. Yesterday in my car I found these hostess orange cupcakes on the passenger seat. And who know what I did? I ate those bad boys, that's what I did, and fine it wasn't my car but the subway and they weren't cupcakes but newspapers and it wasn't a passenger seat but a 70-year-old woman's lap; but who's fucking counting, anyway? ...Besides accountants, I mean. Cause those shmiggly fuckers count everything!!!

Uhm, I said it's NOT a matter of regime change in the very sentence you quoted.

It's a matter of us making a visible and apparent gesture that we will not tolerate and deal with a supposed "superpower" that still treats its own people so horrendously. It's not an issue of NOBODY trading with China...it's an issue of US trading with China and how we stand on what we'll simply roll over for and take just for the sake of the almighty dollar.
