CIRCUS BOY - I had to do some research on this.

LSD has been around for a surprisingly long time. LSD was originally synthesized in 1938 by Dr. Albert Hoffman, but its hallucinogenic effects were unknown until 1943, when Dr. Hoffman "accidently" consumed some.

I wrote an extensive paper on him, he was into the whole "altered mind state" he would do tons of things to try and get into this state. it was a lot like edgar allan poe.

He also wrote an unproduced script for the Marx Brothers. In his diary he wrote an entire page about how his turd looked like a rhino horn. In the thirties and forties the government through dosing parties. They would put lsd into the punch at buisness functions and journal the results. It's all true.

I have heard some some theories that the Salem Witch Trials were due to the whole town eating spoiled bread from rye that was contaminated and had the effects of LSD.

ADOLESCENTMASTURBATOR - I've read the same thing. Interesting theory, which has great appeal as we'd like to believe that people couldn't have beeen that fanatical or stupid. If only it were true. Human history is filled with countless examples of cruelty, fanatisicm and stupidity.

By the way there are some holes in the LSD theory.
