Since there's no NYC news, there's not much to say really.

I will agree with you the polls need updating. And why have a calendar when no one uses it or updates it.

As for the in studio pics, I think that's more a thing you need to ask Ron and Fez about then complaing here. They seem to let you take their pic, but don't like to be seen everywhere. They let me take their pic. I don't think they want to over expose themselves or something. Can't blame them.

I never really downloaded files or looked at the links, so I have no opinion on that area of the site.

Well; it's not years, yet. But it's clear that there has been a huge increase in the availability of R+F shows; past + present, on the web, and via members trading mp3s.

Because they broadcast from a number of studios and locations at present; and ever since the final WNEW meltdown. So there's no central location at all for guests, and R+F have both noted that the studios they use are simply too small for stuff. At WNEW the studio could fit a dozen around the big table; and right outside was a big green room and many other studios; so they were loaded for bear there. They simply are moving around too much for guests. As for stuff done by the staff; my guess is that R+F would like the DC listeners to get to know R+F and how they do a show before going big on guests or staff stunts. I do miss them though...

Not sure what you mean by R+F visits. If you mean the ability to 'stop by', see above. If you mean the chance to meet and hang out with R+F+Team, seems at least once a month the boys are somehwere after the show, and let it be known on air.

As for news, there's been nothing BUT news about R+F. The show may [is?] moving to mid-days; theres news of possible WJFK starting its own stream, SU is up and running and rocking, and as of last night, the Producer of the Show has exactly one more show and he's outta there.

You are right of course about the AFRO days; my statement stands, that afro will happen again, but it may be in a form very very different from the old days. I have sadness too...

building the show base etc. The only thing now is the
message board. The cool thing about O&A was you
could always expect pictures after a good show,
sometimes during it. Not every R&F show warrants
pics, nat- but come on... and why don't R*F have
weekly posts or some such over here? Still can't get
my big ass card although i tried many times back at
wnew.

R&F have never posted on this site. They choose not to. We know they read it, as things get mentioned from the board on air. Billy Staples, Harry Elvis and MikeyD are members of the board and do post.

The calendar stopped getting updated because no one ever read it. Just read the Lounge to see upcoming events. There's an RF.Net softball game coming, Harry Elivs does stand-up dates, and more events about TBA.

R&F have rarely ever allowed pictures in studio. O&A got into a shitload of trouble about some antics in the studio and the lawyers came down on everyone, so even fewer pics were taken after that.

Nice... I'm really happy about moving back here. I was born here and moved away when I was 13. We've got a light rail now, a future site for the world's tallest building, great pizza & chinese food, a BIG beautiful clean park and I just got back from the biggest Stop&Shop I've ever had the pleasure of shopping in. BAYONNE RULZ!!!

RonFez.net is my only source of info. re: the show (since I can't hear it now) and i find the discussion topics interesting. It's the only place on-line that I check regularly to see what people are talking about. When RonFez.net was out for 2 days I felt I lost the only connection left that I have to the Ron and Fez show (with the exception of the past shows I have recorded- but you can only listen to the same 15 shows for so long!). Thank goodness for RonFez.net. Keep us updated about what's going on!
