Where is that sound byte from? Plus where does: Billy's Here, come from.

I believe it's from Goodfellas. Also, the correct line is: "Billy, Billy. Drinks are on the house."
"Billy's here", I believe is from Billy Madison.

I'm positive it's Goodfellas and, of course, Robert DeNiro.
If memory serves there's a scene where Joe Pesci's character get totally dissed by a Made Man. As usual, what starts as a 'regualr' conversation with Pesci's character ends up with a fight. To calm things down afterwards DeNiro insists on buying. The guy who dissed him, I think, is the one that end up in the trunk of a car.
I think there's also a rare Soundbite; its definitely Deniro again, and he says something like, 'no, no, no, you Did insult him a little...' or something like that. I think it may be from the same scene.
PS: Buy the book 'Wiseguy' its the book they based the movie on, and it rocks. Which is why, IMHO, the movie rocks, because they stayed very close to the book.
