I realize Kenny, Iris and Andre are all usually reserved to lampoon goofball snakeoil salesmen selling something on the show, but I think they really need to be reintroduced and kept alive in some meaningful way. It's a tremendous bit. And if memory serves, Kenny was used even more frequently than that. I can only assume that the person behind Kenny was a NY listener and is unable to hear the show anymore, but I think the boys should make an attempt to keep him around. I was listening to an old show I had, and Kenny is just superb.

And while we're at it, perhaps the Nature Boy could make a few more appearances as well. I recall him being put to bed when he was censored on WNEW, but this is a new day at WJFK. Don't shy away from using him.

Keep up the great work boys, we miss you in Jersey, but we have our ways....

I would love to hear Kenny Allen again, but he's just too many miles away. Ron said awhile back that Kenny's voice had changed, so I doubt we'll be hearing from him again, unless he comes up with a different character. And, yes, the Nature Boy definitely needs to be reintroduced. It's been much too long since we last heard from him.

I gotta agree. I never thought there was that much difference between people in cities, but it does seem that DC doesn't have as much wit.

I'm not knocking DC. It's just a modest observation. And perhaps the witty ones don't know of R+F yet. It just seems that everytime a pyramid is started, it gets flattened.

I've also noticed a bit too much (my opine) of quasi-serious callers. Sometimes it seems to be turning into a regular talk show. :(

I wish more NY'ers could listen to the show live. Wierd how we talk things for granted.
