I was on my bike and some guy decided he was too important to stop at a light, so I got t-boned. Broke my leg, got a concussion, fucked up my shoulders, and a bunch of other shit.

It is. It's not something I would recommend anyone go out and try. The first few days after it happened I was either passed out or begging for death.

No way in hell! My wife wnt through most of child birth without any drugs. She was in such intense pain that I begged her get the epidural. She wouldn't do it, but eventually it got so bad that she had to. (She tore the ansethesiologist a new one in the process, but that's another story for another day.) If I make it through life without experiencing that level of physical pain, I'll be a happy man.
