NBA finals halfime show, celebrities on courtside, and the damn Knicks commercial!

Is anyone watching the halftime show?

In game 1- the singer was Lisa Marie. Like Mikey D stated in an earlier Ron and Fez show when she was on letterman, the band seemed to be drowning out her voice. Did anyone else notice this? and her song wasn't even good! And what the hell was she wearing?

In game 2- I don't remember who the singer was, but I know I was looking forward to seeing them sing but I don't think the network showed it.

In game 3- Jewel was the singer and she was looking good, she sang way better than Lisa Marie from game 1, in fact she sang 2 songs. Also, she was looking good too.

Damn! When did all these celebraties start coming to the Arena? Bunch of bandwagoners. It was hard seeing Michael J. Fox in his present condition but god bless him. Kidd's wife looks hot and what the heck was Bruce Willis sitting next to her?
And a BIG WTF is a KNICKS commercial being played during these finals. Are the Knicks afraid of the NETS upstaging them? Kudos to the NBA for celebrating the ABA's legacy. Comin NETS!

The Knicks commercial shows the most famous arena (MSG) and breaks to various Knick players in action and state something like come see the Knicks in action at the Garden this coming season and displays the knick logo and come see our season pakages for the 2003-2004 season.
What are they going to have next, showing a NY Rangers commercial tomorrow for game 7 of the Devils-Duck stanley cup finals? I wouldn't be surprised.

umm ppl still look at this area as teh new york area, not the new jersey area. and the garden sells more tickets than ur nets have. and the knicks wouldve been a playoff contender if mcdyess played this season. im sorry deal with it, the knicks have been around longer and even at their worst they sell more tickets than the nets.

don't be stupid.....the knicks are no good. With Andre Miller, MAYBE they would be fighting for a 6 seed. The Knicks have no bench, and will most likely trade their pick for someone who won't help the team at all, and then will make excuses next year when they miss the playoffs, saying that "______ was hurt. If _____ was healthy we coulda been a contender. Too bad, let's wait one more season." The Knicks aint gonna win a championship for at least another decade.

thats all they need. the knicks is a team that has heart....it doesnt need skill. they made it to the finals as teh 8th seed, why cause of heart. who the fuk expected larry johnson to hit that 4 point play? no one...its all heart. thats the definition of a new york team...it doenst need that much skill, it needs heart. once they make the post-season theyll make a push.

Game 4-K.C. and the sunshine band was pretty good for a retro half time show.
Bruce Willis looks kinda sick, he seems to have lost a lot of weight.
