I made one quick modification. Anybody with a grade school familarity with Photoshop can probably do better.

1. Save this image to your hard drive.
2. Print it out on paper with a sticker backing
3. Stick 'em around

Not that it matters, but I'm pretty sure that it wasn't. I
remember the shows where they came up with it, and
although they had Billy inspecting various restrooms, I
believe R&F came up with the idea of the stickers.
Somebody please correct me if I'm wrong.
