Where has Billy been the past couple of days??
He and Rory was the only NYC connection while the guys were broadcasting from dc. Now that Rory is gone, Billy is the only one left and since he hasn't been on the past 3 days I'm starting to feel sad. Like the old listeners aren't apart of the show anymore.

Also, is anyone else annoyed by El Jeffe? Has laugh is so goddamn annoying.

The boys are here in DC all week they will be back in NYC next week. I am pretty positive that Mikey and the rest of the gang will work with them in NY and when Ron and Fez are in DC El Jefe and JW's will work the show from here. They can save money by not having to pay for hotels and meals for extra people.

We need everyone to keep spreading the word about Ron and Fez. Get you friends, coworkers, hell anyone you talk to get them to listen.

Since they've been discussing the fact that they've been house hunting down in the DC area, it looks like the move will be soon permanent and they won't be broadcasting from NY anymore. I guess that will be the end of any local guys on the show. If Billy can't afford to have his own apartment here (he lives in his mom's basement), I doubt he could afford to make the move and rent a place down in DC on what the station would pay him. I have to agree with you about El Jeffe & Dubbs. They just don't blend in well with the show. The guys just finished a whole segment taking calls about making Dubbs a mascot for the radio station. He hardly said anything, and when he did speak, he wasn't funny. He added nothing at all. He made the bit go over like a lead balloon. Imagine how funny it would have been if it was Billy or even Harry Elvis who was going to be the mascot. Hopefully some new interns with some personality will end up at WJFK for the guys to goof on. If they have to depend on El Jeffe and Dubbs to play off of, things don't look too good.

I was just getting into cigar sid when he vanished. I'm gonna miss Billy (Radio Gold) and is it me or does WJFK seem to hire a lot if its interns from the Conn School of Broadcasting. First Sid then J Dubbs. Man what a rip off that place must. Although it does help in social situations

The reason that WJFK seems to hire lots of Con. School of Broadcasting Students is most likely because kids arent going to college for Mass. Communication, specifiacally for radio.

There arent any big Mass. Comm. schools in this area, so its most likely thats why all the CSB students goto WJFK and the other area stations.

that therapist on a couple of weeks ago made a lot of sense. telling billy he has to get out of the victim's role. i don't see it happening; never met the man, could be a bit, but he doesn't seem to want to change.

so drink away billy! charlie bukowski was around your age when he took off in writing. won't be long til your back in the doghouse and preaching the 12 steps. to all my friends!
