Ugh. More repetative computer generated bullshit. The original animated movie will always rule.

i usually am all for CGI. but ive gotta agree with Clerk here. sorry the transformers should all b animated although beast wars a pretty good CGI cartoon. but optimus prime should be all animated, especially if theyre having autobots vs. decepticons.

The problem with this is that this movie is pretty much 15 years too late.

yea i think it should be made, maybe use cel shading, because you really cant cgi them, it would be a bad bad bad idea, i dont think of starscream and soundwave as big blocky polygons
I will not go quietly into the nite...

that original movie was great. it had the voice of robert stack. the new transformers cartoon blows goats, they made it gay, groin grabingly gay. that original show was the bombshit. the Dinobots were the shiznit. a new movie would def suk balz.

Actually, I think they can pull it off with todays standard of visual effects, and I honestly always wondered how The Transformers would look in a live action movie.
So with that type of curiousity, and I'm sure many fans out there feel the same, this movie will make millions!!!
Now I don't know about how the story will be actually good, but it's worth a try.

I agree. For example, I'd be all for going to see The Hulk but I'm getting a little tired of the CGI. Yes it makes certain scenes better (i.e. Neo vs. the Mr. Smiths in Reloaded) but this tidal wave is starting to annoy me. If it's going to be done in the Transformers movie, then it better be the f*cking best.
