I'm a big wheel down at the cracker factory.
First David Brinkley, now Gregory Peck. Who is going to be the third?

Sorry Alice- I didn't see this thread- I don't know if it's just me but I can't see all the threads that were posted like you could with the old board. I asked Jeff to explain it to me but I guess he's too busy to answer me!!!!

He really was one of my all-time favorite actors.
He was suave, handsome. I fell in love with him when I was in high school after I saw "To Kill a Mockingbird." That character is considered one of the top film heroes.
Anytime an old-time Hollywood actor died, I'd always think, "I'll be so crushed when Gregory Peck passes." I am.

If your school didnt force you to watch To Kill a Mockingbird, go out and rent it now; youll be glad you did. (bonus points if you recognize the young actor playing boo radley!). Peck also played Mr Thorn, the father in The Omen. You just know some producer is thinking right now, "what we need is a remake of To Kill a Mockingbird." Let's pray that never happens. Leave the classics alone.

This sucks. The first time I heard this guys name was only 2 months ago when I watched "To Kill a Mockingbird" in school. I read alot about in the past day and it really is sad to hear of his passing.
