I don't give a flying patooty what Rage's politics were. The music was hard, fast, good, passionate and it still gets me pumped to this day.

Audioslave is all polished sheen with no soul whatsoever. The Emperor not only doesn't have any clothes, he has a big sloppy gut and he's balding. Ech.

Politics or not, one band cared about the music, one band doesn't. More importantly, Morello blew my mind to the back of the room with one band and is now trying to lull it into a coma with another. NO GOOD.
