What was the name of Kate Mulgrew's mystery show?

I remember before she was on Voyager, she played the role of a journalist/food critique (I'm not quite sure) back in her early days on this mystery show where she solved mysteries (duh, no kidding!). She was the main character and for some reason, I keep think her last name on the show was Mrs. Columbo. (If it is, was her character related to Det. Columbo?). Thanks.

"Detective Columbo would often talk about his wife but she never actually turned up in the movies. In 1979, NBC decided to start a mystery show starring Kate Mulgrew. In an attempt to grab some of Columbo's audience, they made Kate Mulgrew's character, who was also named Kate, Columbo's long unseen wife. They called the show Mrs. Columbo and then changed it to Kate Columbo. Apparently the tie in didn't work because next the Columbo angle was ditched altogether. The opening credits of the show showed her house with her Pinto and Colombo's Volvo parked in the driveway. The show was horrible. Her (over)acting was as bad as when she played Captain Janeway.

I thought the mystery was how voyager stayed on the air for so long.
