I just purchased an XM satellite ready car stereo. Will I be able to pick up Ron&Fez on WJFK Washington, DC here in northern New Jersey?

Nope.

Only a limited number of stations are available on XM radio. (They have to pay a fee for every station they subscribe to).

I hope you like listening to other stations.
