I've worried about pushing to hard sometimes.i'm pretty sure that you dont have to worry about shitting your insides out. however, straining during a bm can cause problems like hemorrhoids and fissures. so you have reason to worry.

well, my cousin brian when he was younger had some sort of disorder and his parents would become quite observant and cautious when he began to go to the bathroom on his own....when I asked why i wasn't given a straight answer untill my own parents told me later that night that he had a problem where if he pushed too hard his 'insides' could possibly come out....tomorrow when my parents awake i will find out what disorder he had....that is all for now

Unless you have viral hemorrhagic fever (like Ebola) which liquifies your organs. You'll poop them out and bleed from pretty much every opening (something about the virus prevents blood from clotting.)
