Fuzzy, if you go all the way to the bottom of the Preferences page there is a tab that says "Make e-mail visable" or available. You have to click "yes".

1. I reset them before with a different browser and it didn't work
(same problem as how I can't reply to threads with that browser
I imagine)
2. I can't reset them in this browser (the one that allows me to
reply to posts but not make new threads) because it will
automatically insert a line break in the URL of my sig pic and I
won't have a sig pic anymore.
