What are YOU bringing to the softball game?

Last year, everybody did a great job in contributing food, beverages, munchies, equipment, and other services. Yeah, we ended up with a shit load of extra stuff, but I guess it's better to have too much than too little.
So post here what you are bringing to the Softball Game, and if you're willing to help cook.

I'll be bringing a small grill & charcoal, 2 coolers, pasta salad, beer, and some dogs. I'll also be making pudding shots

As for what we need - anything baseball equipment, burgers, dogs, salads, beverages, plates, napkins, condiments...I mean, what would you normally find at a barbeque?
And yeah, alcohol is allowed, but at the same time, The Chairman went through a lot of trouble and work to get us this field. If you're going to drink, please don't do anything to embarass him, yourself, the people of this board, or anything that will get us invited to never come back.

I'll be bringing equipment: bases (actual "bags" this time, not plastic squares that get covered with dirt & become invisible), plenty of softballs, 3 bats, and extra gloves.

I have a cooler & will likely be bringing a case of beer & a case of waters (likely the 8oz'ers from COSTCO to share). Any food suggestions are welcome, since I haven't given much thought to that yet.

Well we first thought about playing in Queens, but most of us have our own access to drugs and will bring our own....we don't need to be playing on a field that has one step access to drug dealers and be stepping on crack vials in the outfield.

Seriously, I think everything's gonna work out. We were lucky to get the field; according to the Mayor, it is the second busiest request day for the field and they had to run a lottery...our group lost but the Mayor was nice enough to allow us to use the other field (w/o the Pavilion.) The Mayor even offered us the full Pavilion (with the BBQ pits and the kitchen and covered deck area)on alternate dates..but we only had two dates to work with and the alternate dates he offered were not one of them.

Our field is a groomed field with cages/fence, is on the beach, has plenty of parking, stands, and men's and women's restrooms nearby.

I won't repeat what Too Cute said, but I don't see a problem with the PBA playing on the other field. They are less likely to "call the cops" and I'm sure we can work it so some of our RnF Grrrrrls can schmooze them into allowing us to use one or two of their BBQ pits. Otherwise, I think we can just pull off portable BBQs in the large area behind the field. There is a safety issue, but again, I don't think the cops will call the cops on us.

We just have to be respectful and discreet with sketchy stuff. My name and ass is on the line regarding damages and behavior...but I'm confident we'll all be chill and have a great time.
