not the head bangin heavy metal leads or the intricate Eddie Van Halen/Stevie Vai stuff...
I'm talking about the slow/medium paced melodic and soulful leads that you can actually sing and they hit you deep...
I was just listening to Powderfinger by Neil Young and it has to be one of my favorite... you can include Like A Hurricane and Cortez The Killer...
They take you to a different place...
I enjoy the heavy stuff too but you need these type of leads to give you a balance...
Eric Clapton could also lay down these type of leads...
do you have any favorite guitar leads in a song that touch you a little deeper than most?
