For the past three years I've worked in the same office. There are two doors I have to go through everyday, one to get into the building, and one to get into the office, proper. Each door has a separate key. These keys are completely different, one has a big, rectangular head, and the other is square. Up until about a week or so ago, maybe two, I've never had a problem getting these keys confused. Recently, however, I've been unable to put the right key in the right door. Every time I try, even though I've started to think about it before I even pull my keys out of pocket, I always use the wrong key first. It's become so bad that I will even use the outside door key I just used not 10 seconds ago to try and unlock the inner door. This never happened before, I always knew, rectangle outside, square inside. What the fuck?

You describe this "forgetfullness" as occuring only regarding keys and only about 2 doors at work.
Most likely you're preoccupied with other thoughts and just aren't concentrating when picking the key. Everyone has some moments of forgetfulness (some call them "senior moments") where they just lose track. As long as it's limited to this specific situation and doesnt last long, I wouldn't worry about it. If it continues see your doc.
Another possibility is that you're using the wrong key, on an unconscious level, b/c you really don't want to be at work.
Some people find it helpful to put a colored band (available in packs w/different colors) around indidual keys, as the band (lets say colored red) will become associated in your mind with the outer door (for example). Added association, in addition to the shape of the key, will make it easier to remember.

I don't think it's possible to have a negative IQ, so I'd say you're safe.
