I cant stand when people put Melo down. I love the guy. He brought prominence to Syracuse for a year and made everyone around him look good. He proved he can stand up to kids up to 3 years older then him in college and kick there asses.

I definetly take Melo over Lebron but let the Cavs piss away there pick. Actually, there not really pissing away there pick with Lebron but I think Melo's better.

first of all basketball is a business. james will fill more seats than anthony, simply because of the hype. secondly, anthony will have a better immediate impact, but i think james will have a better long term impact. but i still cant stand either of them, darko should have been number one.

The only reason people are thinking LeBron will be better is because of the media hyping him up since he was 14 years old. He, just like Kobe, Vince Cater, Garnett etc are proclaimed to be the next Jordan. Carmelo Anthony is one hell of a talented player and I think as a team the Nuggets will be better with Melo than Cleveland will be with LeBron.
