then where do i copy it to ?

After you create your 300x100 sigpic that is 40k or under, you have to host it on your webpage or find someone to host it for you. The next step is to put the http of the gif or jpeg in your profile. After that, test it out in the "test your sigpic" thread in the lounge. Good luck.
