Unfortunately, even when (not if) R&F return to NY, they just signed a new contract with Infinity, so there's no possibility that they'd be on the same station as O&A when they return. I know everyone here enjoyed the interplay the two shows had with each other.

I believe the deal they signed was only a one year deal.

when they return to NY? I honestly don't think they will return to New York. Sure it would be nice. but the way infinty runs things these days, i don't expect them to be live in new york anytime soon.
Also, if they return to new york, i dion't think that they will relocate again. they just did or are in the process of doing so, and its just something that isn't fun to do regardless.

if infinity does things right with promotion, the boys could break out; unlike what wnew did for them. i would like to see marijuana nasdaq reports come back, especially in chocolate city.

they may have only signed for one year but i remember when o and a were about to sign thier big contract they expressed fear that infinity might pout into action a cluase that allowed them to keep o and a at the same pay they had been recieving on the old contract. i think baseball teams have that sorta contract too where it's the team's option to activate the extension. so yeah i sorta figured no afro shows ever a while ago unless rand f would like to be on satelite radio

Pretty obvious musings here. When O&A's contract runs out, Infinity is going to have to decide weither they want them to be up against Howard (Clear Channel, etc.) or grow some balls and put them back on the air.
Yeah I know, this has been posted in about every other thread on this board but I thought it needed to be re-hashed yet again.

why is every one assuming that they would have to come back and broadcast from NY why cant they just be aired on a ny radiostation while they're in dc?
