Simpy Simpleton, Sleepwalker, Duhh, or Mr. Monotone. What's the next intern choice a deaf mute? This new guy has the personality of a shoebox (minus the shoes). I can see why El Jefe hired him, to make himself sound talented in comparison.

Mr Monotone, huh? Can't blame Jefe for it, I think R&F pick them that way. Look at Al Dukes, Frighty Fright, Puddin, Thing One and of course Wild Thing the Himbo Intern. They seem to like their interns without personalities --- makes good radio

It has been stated many times on the show that Ron and Fez do not get to pick all their staff, Al Dukes for example, they also do not have anything to do with picking their interns. In this case the intern on the air said he was interviewed by board op turned boss Cameron. Stick anywhere long enough and you have to end up somewhere you dont qualify for. After that interview he met with El Jefe and got the position

In terms of Ron and Fez, the only members of the staff they said they personnally hired were Rory, Billy and Mikey D

In fact all of thes guys were loyal, but that means shit to a board op who all of a sudden makes decisions regading peoples lives.

As far as I know, they did not pick any membvers of their current staff, please correct me if I am wrong
