Well, Ron and Fez explained it this way

"We stopped doing it because an other station was doing a similar promo after we did it"

It was a while ago, but that's basically what they said. It really pisses me off that people who create bits cannot own them. It would shut guys like Stern up and Give Ron and Fez their props.
