If I had to judge simply on how he's been acting lately (and in no way based on evidence), I'd say he was guilty. He seemed so arrogant going to the Espy awards, like nothing happened. Then, two days later, they press charges, and we see teary eyed, apologetic Kobe. Do we really need to see you publicly apologize to your wife? Couldn't you do that in private? Doesn't it cheapen the moment by making it a public spectacle? It was PR.
